Mitt Romney
Mitt Romney is an American politician and businessman who served as the Governor of Massachusetts from 2003 to 2007. He was the Republican Party's nominee for President in the 2012 election, where he ran against incumbent President Barack Obama. Romney is known for his moderate political views and his focus on economic issues.
Born on March 12, 1947, in Detroit, Michigan, Romney comes from a prominent political family. He graduated from Brigham Young University and later earned an MBA from Harvard University. In addition to his political career, he has worked in the private sector, including as a co-founder of the investment firm Bain Capital.
