Misti
Misti is a prominent volcano located in southern Peru, near the city of Arequipa. Standing at approximately 5,822 meters (19,101 feet) above sea level, it is one of the most recognizable peaks in the region. Misti is classified as a stratovolcano, characterized by its conical shape formed from layers of lava and ash.
