Minuteman I
The Minuteman I was an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) developed by the United States during the Cold War. It was designed to deliver nuclear warheads to targets over long distances, with a range of approximately 6,000 miles. The missile was first deployed in 1962 and played a crucial role in the U.S. strategic nuclear deterrent.
The Minuteman I was part of the larger Minuteman missile program, which included subsequent versions like the Minuteman II and Minuteman III.
