Middle Years Program
The Middle Years Program (MYP) is an educational framework designed for students aged 11 to 16. It is part of the International Baccalaureate (IB) continuum, focusing on developing critical thinking, intercultural understanding, and communication skills. The program encourages students to make connections between their studies and the real world, promoting a holistic approach to education.
The MYP curriculum includes eight subject groups, such as language and literature, sciences, and arts. It emphasizes inquiry-based learning and encourages students to engage in community service and personal projects. This prepares them for the challenges of the Diploma Program and future academic pursuits.
