Michel Temer
Michel Temer is a Brazilian politician who served as the 37th President of Brazil from 2016 to 2018. He took office after the impeachment of Dilma Rousseff, the first female president of Brazil. Before becoming president, Temer was the Vice President and a prominent member of the Brazilian Democratic Movement Party.
Temer was born on September 23, 1940, in Tremembé, São Paulo. He studied law and became a professor before entering politics. His presidency focused on economic reforms and addressing Brazil's financial crisis, but it was also marked by political controversies and public protests against his administration.
