Mexican Football Federation
The Mexican Football Federation, known as Federación Mexicana de Fútbol, is the governing body for football in Mexico. Established in 1927, it oversees all aspects of the sport, including the organization of professional leagues, national teams, and youth development programs. The federation is a member of both FIFA and CONCACAF, which allows it to participate in international competitions.
The federation is responsible for the management of the Mexico national football team, which competes in major tournaments like the FIFA World Cup and the Gold Cup. It also promotes grassroots initiatives to encourage participation in football across the country, aiming to develop talent and enhance the sport's popularity.
