Menopause Symptoms
Menopause is a natural phase in a woman's life, typically occurring between the ages of 45 and 55, marked by the end of menstrual cycles. Common symptoms include hot flashes, which are sudden feelings of warmth, and night sweats, causing discomfort during sleep. Other symptoms may involve mood swings, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating.
Additionally, many women experience changes in their menstrual cycle leading up to menopause, known as perimenopause. Other symptoms can include vaginal dryness and changes in libido. These symptoms result from hormonal fluctuations, particularly a decrease in estrogen levels, affecting various bodily functions.
