Masai Ostrich
The Masai Ostrich is a large flightless bird native to the savannas and open grasslands of East Africa. It is known for its long legs, large body, and distinctive black and white plumage in males, while females are generally brown. These birds can reach heights of up to 9 feet and are the largest living species of bird.
Masai Ostriches are social animals, often found in groups. They primarily feed on plants, seeds, and insects. Their strong legs allow them to run at speeds of up to 45 miles per hour, making them one of the fastest birds on land.
