Mark Driscoll
Mark Driscoll is an American pastor, author, and church planter known for founding Mars Hill Church in Seattle, Washington, in 1996. He gained prominence for his unconventional preaching style and focus on contemporary issues, attracting a large following during the early 2000s.
However, Driscoll's ministry faced controversy over allegations of bullying and authoritarian leadership, leading to the church's closure in 2014. He has since continued to write and speak on various topics related to Christianity and church leadership, while also founding a new church in Phoenix, Arizona.
