Marie-Thérèse of France
Marie-Thérèse of France, born on December 19, 1778, was the daughter of King Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette. She was the couple's first surviving child and became the last Dauphine of France before the fall of the monarchy during the French Revolution.
After the execution of her parents, Marie-Thérèse was imprisoned but later released. She married her cousin, Louis Antoine, Duke of Angoulême, and lived in exile for many years. Marie-Thérèse eventually returned to France after the restoration of the monarchy and became known for her strong sense of duty and loyalty to her family's legacy.
