Marie Sophie of Denmark
Marie Sophie of Denmark was born on July 26, 1811, in Copenhagen, Denmark. She was the daughter of King Christian VIII of Denmark and Queen Caroline Amalie. In 1834, she married Prince Ferdinand of Denmark, who later became the Duke of Slesvig.
