Manchu Language
The Manchu language is a Tungusic language historically spoken by the Manchu people in northeastern China. It is part of the larger Altaic language family and has its own unique script derived from the Uighur script. Although it was once widely used, the number of fluent speakers has significantly declined, especially after the fall of the Qing Dynasty.
Today, the Manchu language is considered endangered, with efforts being made to revitalize it through education and cultural programs. Some universities and organizations are working to preserve the language by teaching it to new generations and documenting its grammar and vocabulary.
