Malaysian States
Malaysia is divided into 13 states and 3 federal territories. The states are grouped into two regions: Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Each state has its own unique culture, traditions, and local government. Some of the well-known states include Selangor, Penang, and Sabah.
The federal territories, which include Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Labuan, are directly governed by the federal government. Each state and territory has its own distinct attractions, from the bustling cities of Kuala Lumpur to the natural beauty of Sarawak and Sabah, making Malaysia a diverse and vibrant country.
