Madhya Pradesh Assembly
The Madhya Pradesh Assembly is the legislative body of the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh. It consists of two houses: the Vidhan Sabha (Legislative Assembly) and the Vidhan Parishad (Legislative Council). The Assembly is responsible for making laws, discussing state policies, and representing the interests of the citizens.
Members of the Vidhan Sabha are elected directly by the people of Madhya Pradesh, while the Vidhan Parishad includes members appointed by the Governor and elected by local authorities. The Assembly meets in Bhopal, the state capital, to conduct its sessions and debates.
