MV-22 Ospreys
The MV-22 Osprey is a versatile military aircraft that combines the capabilities of a helicopter and a fixed-wing airplane. It can take off and land like a helicopter, but it can also fly at higher speeds and longer distances like an airplane. This unique design allows it to perform various missions, including troop transport and supply delivery.
Developed by Bell Helicopter and Boeing, the Osprey features two large rotors that tilt to transition between flight modes. It is primarily used by the United States Marine Corps and has been deployed in various operations since its introduction in the early 2000s.
