Loofahs
A loofah is a natural sponge made from the fibrous interior of the loofah gourd, a plant in the cucumber family. When dried, the gourd's inner fibers create a coarse texture that is effective for exfoliating the skin. Loofahs are commonly used in baths and showers to help remove dead skin cells and improve circulation.
In addition to personal care, loofahs are also environmentally friendly and biodegradable. They can be composted after use, making them a sustainable alternative to synthetic sponges. Many people enjoy using loofahs for their gentle scrubbing action and the refreshing feeling they provide during bathing.
