Lint
Lint is a collection of tiny fibers and particles that accumulate on clothing and other fabrics, often seen as small clumps or fuzz. It typically comes from the breakdown of fabric materials, such as cotton or polyester, during washing and drying. Lint can also be produced from hair, dust, and other debris in the environment.
To manage lint, many people use a lint roller or lint brush to remove it from clothing. Additionally, dryers often have a built-in lint trap that collects lint to prevent it from clogging the machine and to reduce fire hazards. Regular cleaning of these traps is essential for safety and efficiency.
