Liga e Parë
Liga e Parë is the top professional football league in Albania. Established in 1930, it features clubs from across the country competing for the championship title. The league operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Liga e Dytë, the second tier of Albanian football.
The league typically consists of 10 teams that play each other in a round-robin format. Each season, the team with the most points at the end of the matches is crowned the champion. The league is governed by the Albanian Football Association, which oversees the rules and organization of the competition.
