Lesser Kudu
The Lesser Kudu is a medium-sized antelope native to the woodlands and savannas of eastern and southern Africa. It is characterized by its slender body, long legs, and striking spiral horns, which can grow up to 90 centimeters in males. The coat is a reddish-brown color with white stripes and spots, providing effective camouflage in its natural habitat.
Lesser Kudus are primarily browsers, feeding on leaves, fruits, and flowers. They are known for their shy and elusive behavior, often hiding in dense vegetation to avoid predators. These animals are social, typically found in small groups, and are most active during the early morning and late afternoon.
