Laurelin
Laurelin is one of the two great trees created by the Valar in J.R.R. Tolkien's legendarium. It is known as the Golden Tree and is characterized by its radiant golden leaves and blossoms, which illuminate the land of Valinor. Laurelin's light symbolizes beauty and harmony, providing a warm glow to the realm.
Alongside Telperion, the Silver Tree, Laurelin plays a crucial role in the mythology of Middle-earth. The two trees together create a cycle of light, with Laurelin shining during the day and Telperion at night. Their eventual destruction leads to the creation of the Sun and Moon.
