Lake Enriquillo
Lake Enriquillo is the largest lake in the Caribbean region and is located in the southwestern part of the Dominican Republic. It is a saline lake, meaning it has a higher salt concentration than freshwater lakes. The lake is situated below sea level, making it one of the lowest points in the Caribbean.
