Lada-Class
The Lada-Class refers to a series of submarines developed by the Russian Navy, primarily designed for anti-submarine warfare and coastal defense. These submarines are known for their relatively small size and are equipped with advanced sonar and weapon systems, making them effective in shallow waters.
Originally based on the Soviet-era Kilo-Class submarines, the Lada-Class features modern technologies and improved stealth capabilities. The first submarine of this class, the Saint Petersburg, was launched in 2004, and the class aims to enhance Russia's naval presence in strategic regions.
