La Cremà is the grand finale of the Las Fallas festival in Valencia, Spain, celebrated on March 19th each year. During this event, the elaborate fallas sculptures, which are made of wood and papier-mâché, are set ablaze in a spectacular display. This tradition symbolizes the arrival of spring and the cleansing of the old.
The festival culminates with the burning of the largest falla, known as the "Ninot Indultat," which is spared from the flames. Thousands of spectators gather to witness the fiery spectacle, marking the end of the festivities and the beginning of a new season.
