Lütfi Elvan
Lütfi Elvan is a Turkish politician and member of the Justice and Development Party (AKP). He has served in various governmental roles, including as the Minister of Development from 2013 to 2015 and as the Minister of Treasury and Finance from November 2020 until March 2021. Elvan has a background in engineering and economics, which has informed his work in economic policy.
Born on December 4, 1962, in Kahramanmaraş, Turkey, Elvan graduated from Gazi University with a degree in civil engineering. He later earned a master's degree in economics. Throughout his career, he has been involved in several key projects aimed at improving Turkey's infrastructure and economic development.
