Lífþrasir
Lífþrasir is a figure from Norse mythology, specifically mentioned in the Völuspá, a poem in the Poetic Edda. He is known as the first human, created by the gods after the world was reborn following Ragnarök, the cataclysmic end of the world. Along with his partner, Líf, he is said to repopulate the Earth.
Lífþrasir and Líf are believed to have survived the destruction by hiding in a forest, where they fed on the morning dew. Their survival symbolizes hope and renewal, representing the continuation of humanity after devastation.
