Líf
Líf is a figure from Norse mythology, known as the personification of life. She is often associated with the rebirth of humanity after the cataclysmic events of Ragnarök, the end of the world in Norse beliefs. According to the myths, Líf and her partner, Lífthrasir, survive the destruction by hiding in a forest, where they feed on the morning dew.
After Ragnarök, Líf and Lífthrasir emerge to repopulate the Earth, symbolizing hope and renewal. Their survival signifies the continuation of life and the cyclical nature of existence in Norse cosmology, emphasizing the resilience of life even after devastation.
