Kurt Diemberger
Kurt Diemberger is an Austrian mountaineer and filmmaker, known for his significant contributions to high-altitude climbing. Born on December 16, 1932, he became the first person to summit two of the world's highest peaks, K2 and Nanga Parbat, without supplemental oxygen. His climbing career has spanned several decades, during which he has participated in numerous expeditions.
