Krkonoš
The Krkonoš, also known as the Giant Mountains, are a mountain range located on the border between the Czech Republic and Poland. They are part of the Krkonošsko-jesenická mountain system and are the highest mountains in the Czech Republic, with the highest peak being Sněžka, which stands at 1,603 meters.
This region is known for its stunning natural beauty, diverse flora and fauna, and numerous hiking trails. The Krkonoš National Park, established in 1963, protects the area's unique ecosystems and offers opportunities for outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, and mountain biking.
