Krist Novoselic
Krist Novoselic is an American musician best known as the bassist for the influential rock band Nirvana. Born on May 16, 1965, in Compton, California, he moved to Aberdeen, Washington during his childhood. Novoselic played a key role in the band's success during the early 1990s, contributing to their iconic sound and helping to popularize the grunge music genre.
After Nirvana disbanded following the death of lead singer Kurt Cobain in 1994, Novoselic pursued various musical projects and became involved in political activism. He has worked on several initiatives, including efforts to promote electoral reform and support music education in schools.
