Kourosh Yaghmaei is an Iranian musician and singer-songwriter known for his contributions to Persian rock music. He gained popularity in the 1970s with his unique blend of traditional Persian sounds and Western rock influences. His music often features poetic lyrics that reflect social and cultural themes.
Yaghmaei's most famous song, "Gol-e Yakh" (meaning "Ice Flower"), became an anthem of the Iranian youth during the pre-revolution era.
