Korean Flag
The Korean Flag, known as the Taegeukgi, features a white field symbolizing peace and purity. In the center, a red and blue circle represents the balance of opposing forces, inspired by the Yin and Yang concept.
Surrounding the circle are four black trigrams, each representing different elements: heaven, earth, fire, and water. These trigrams are derived from the I Ching, an ancient Chinese text, and symbolize harmony and balance in the universe. The flag is an important national symbol for both South Korea and North Korea.
