Knock Knee
Knock Knee, or genu valgum, is a condition where a person's knees touch while their feet are apart. This alignment can cause the legs to appear bowed inward. It is common in children and often corrects itself as they grow. However, in some cases, it can persist into adulthood.
The condition can result from various factors, including genetics, obesity, or certain medical conditions. While Knock Knee is usually not serious, it can lead to discomfort or joint issues over time. Treatment options may include physical therapy, braces, or, in severe cases, surgery.
