Kitulo
Kitulo is a national park located in Tanzania, known for its stunning biodiversity and unique ecosystems. It is often referred to as the "Garden of God" due to its rich variety of flora and fauna, including many endemic species. The park is particularly famous for its vibrant wildflowers, especially during the rainy season.
Established in 2005, Kitulo covers an area of approximately 413 square kilometers. It is situated on the southern slopes of the Kitulo Plateau, which is part of the larger Southern Highlands region. The park is also home to various wildlife, including several species of birds and mammals, making it a significant area for conservation efforts.
