King Vajiravudh
King Vajiravudh, also known as Rama VI, was the King of Thailand from 1910 to 1925. He was born on July 1, 1881, and was the son of King Chulalongkorn (Rama V). Vajiravudh is known for modernizing Thailand and promoting education, culture, and the arts during his reign.
He was also a writer and a playwright, contributing significantly to Thai literature. King Vajiravudh established the Scouting movement in Thailand and emphasized the importance of nationalism. His reign marked a period of significant change as Thailand transitioned into a more modern state while maintaining its traditions.
