King Sancho of Mallorca
King Sancho of Mallorca was a medieval monarch who ruled the Kingdom of Mallorca from 1285 to 1324. He was the son of James II of Aragon and became king after his father's death. Sancho's reign was marked by efforts to strengthen the island's economy and maintain its independence from the Crown of Aragon.
During his rule, Sancho faced challenges, including conflicts with neighboring territories and internal disputes. He is known for his attempts to promote trade and improve relations with other kingdoms. After his death, the kingdom was eventually absorbed into the Crown of Aragon, ending its status as an independent realm.
