King Maha Vajiralongkorn
King Maha Vajiralongkorn, also known as King Rama X, is the current monarch of Thailand. He ascended to the throne on December 1, 2016, following the death of his father, King Bhumibol Adulyadej. Born on July 28, 1952, he was educated in both Thailand and abroad, including at Royal Military Academy Sandhurst in the United Kingdom.
