King David VI
King David VI was a monarch of the Kingdom of Scotland, reigning from 1329 to 1371. He was the son of Robert the Bruce, a key figure in the Scottish Wars of Independence. David VI's reign was marked by efforts to strengthen the Scottish crown and maintain independence from England.
During his rule, David VI faced challenges, including conflicts with England and internal strife among Scottish nobles. He is known for his attempts to promote trade and improve the economy. His reign ended with his death in 1371, after which the throne passed to his cousin, Robert II.
