Kinesthetic Intelligence
Kinesthetic intelligence is the ability to use one's body effectively to solve problems or create products. Individuals with this type of intelligence often excel in physical activities, such as sports, dance, or acting. They learn best through hands-on experiences and may prefer to engage in activities rather than sit and listen.
People with high kinesthetic intelligence often have good hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills. This intelligence is one of the multiple intelligences proposed by psychologist Howard Gardner. Examples of careers that may suit those with kinesthetic intelligence include athletes, dancers, and surgeons.
