Khoe-Khoe
Khoe-Khoe is a group of languages spoken by the Khoisan people in southern Africa, primarily in Namibia, Botswana, and parts of South Africa. These languages are known for their unique click sounds, which are produced by the tongue and are not found in most other languages. Khoe-Khoe is one of the most widely spoken languages in the Khoe family.
Historically, the Khoe-Khoe people were pastoralists, herding cattle and goats. They have a rich cultural heritage, including traditional music, dance, and storytelling. Today, efforts are being made to preserve the Khoe-Khoe language and culture, as it faces challenges from dominant languages in the region.
