Kermario
Kermario is a prehistoric site located in Brittany, France, known for its impressive collection of megalithic structures. The site features a large alignment of standing stones, known as menhirs, which are believed to date back to the Neolithic period. These stones are part of a broader tradition of megalithic construction found throughout Europe.
The Kermario alignment consists of over 30 stones arranged in a linear formation, showcasing the advanced engineering skills of ancient communities. Similar to other sites like Carnac and Stonehenge, Kermario offers insights into the social and cultural practices of early human societies, particularly their rituals and beliefs surrounding the natural world.
