Kenneth Starr
Kenneth Starr was an American lawyer and public official, best known for his role as an independent counsel during the 1990s. He investigated various matters related to the presidency of Bill Clinton, including the Monica Lewinsky scandal, which ultimately led to Clinton's impeachment by the House of Representatives in 1998.
Starr was born on July 21, 1946, in Vernon, Texas. He served as the 39th Solicitor General of the United States and later became the president of Baylor University. Throughout his career, Starr was involved in various legal and academic roles until his passing on September 13, 2022.
