Kennedy Administration
The Kennedy Administration refers to the presidency of John F. Kennedy, who served from January 1961 until his assassination in November 1963. His administration is known for significant events such as the Cuban Missile Crisis, which brought the U.S. and the Soviet Union to the brink of nuclear war, and the establishment of the Peace Corps, aimed at promoting international development and goodwill.
Kennedy's domestic policies included the New Frontier, which focused on civil rights, education, and economic growth. His administration also saw the beginning of the Space Race, with the goal of landing a man on the moon, which was achieved in 1969, after his death.
