Kehlstein
Kehlstein is a mountain located in the Bavarian Alps of Germany, near the town of Berchtesgaden. It rises to an elevation of 1,834 meters (6,017 feet) and is known for its stunning views of the surrounding landscape, including the Berchtesgaden National Park.
At the summit, visitors can find the Kehlsteinhaus, also known as the Eagle's Nest, which was built as a retreat for Adolf Hitler in 1938. Today, it serves as a restaurant and a popular tourist destination, accessible by a scenic bus ride and a short elevator ride through the mountain.
