Kansas House Of Representatives
The Kansas House of Representatives is the lower chamber of the Kansas Legislature, which is responsible for making state laws. It consists of 125 members who are elected to two-year terms. Each representative serves a specific district within the state, allowing them to represent the interests of their constituents.
The House meets annually in Topeka, the state capital, where they discuss and vote on various legislative proposals. The House works alongside the Kansas Senate, the upper chamber, to create and amend laws that affect the residents of Kansas.
