Kaidu
Kaidu was a prominent Mongol leader during the 13th century, known for his role in the Mongol Empire. He was a grandson of Genghis Khan and a key figure in the Golden Horde, a division of the empire that controlled parts of Russia and Eastern Europe. Kaidu sought to expand his influence and power, often clashing with other Mongol factions.
His leadership was marked by military campaigns against rival leaders, including Kublai Khan, who was another grandson of Genghis Khan and the founder of the Yuan Dynasty in China. Kaidu's efforts contributed to the complex political landscape of the Mongol Empire during its height.
