Kōfuku-ji Temple
Kōfuku-ji Temple is a historic Buddhist temple located in Nara, Japan. Founded in 669 AD, it is one of the most important temples of the Kōfuku-ji sect of Tendai Buddhism. The temple is known for its impressive five-story pagoda, which stands at 50 meters tall, making it one of the tallest wooden structures in Japan.
