Junior Lifeguards
Junior Lifeguards is a program designed for young individuals, typically aged 11 to 15, to learn essential water safety skills and lifeguarding techniques. Participants engage in activities that promote swimming proficiency, first aid, and rescue techniques, all while fostering teamwork and leadership abilities.
The program often includes both classroom instruction and practical training in pools or open water settings. Junior Lifeguards may also have opportunities to volunteer at local beaches or pools, gaining real-world experience while contributing to their communities. This initiative helps prepare them for future roles in lifeguarding or other water safety professions.
