Jump School
Jump School is a training program designed to teach military personnel how to parachute safely and effectively. It typically includes ground training, where students learn about equipment, safety procedures, and techniques for exiting an aircraft. After mastering these skills, students participate in actual jumps from various aircraft.
The program is often associated with the United States Army and is officially known as the U.S. Army Airborne School. Successful completion of Jump School allows soldiers to earn their parachutist badge, signifying their qualification as airborne troops ready for airborne operations.
