Airborne School
Airborne School is a military training program that teaches soldiers how to safely jump from aircraft using parachutes. Located at Fort Benning in Georgia, the school is designed for both U.S. Army personnel and international military students. The course typically lasts three weeks and includes ground training, tower jumps, and actual jumps from aircraft.
During the training, students learn essential skills such as parachute landing falls, equipment checks, and emergency procedures. Successful completion of the program earns soldiers the Parachutist Badge, signifying their qualification as airborne personnel. The training emphasizes teamwork, discipline, and physical fitness.
