Judicial Trials
A judicial trial is a formal legal process where a dispute is resolved in a court of law. During a trial, evidence is presented, and witnesses may testify to support each side's arguments. The trial is overseen by a judge, who ensures that the proceedings follow legal rules and procedures. In some cases, a jury may also be present to evaluate the evidence and determine the outcome.
Trials can be civil or criminal. In a criminal trial, the government prosecutes an individual accused of a crime, while in a civil trial, individuals or organizations resolve disputes over rights or obligations. The outcome can result in penalties, damages, or other legal remedies.
